My Teaching Philosophy
My philosophy is based on the fact that lecturing is far away to be enough and student demotivation can be settled with constructive teaching and learning activities. My philosophy is also based on the fact that a one best way does not exist and continuous improvement should be assured with peers feedback and reflection.
Teaching the students the knowledge, the skills, the attitudes and behaviors to improve their learning power not only helps us to achieve good outcomes but also prepares them for lifelong learning!
